Leadership and Friendship for Girls in Appleton
WELCOME TO LIL SISTAS FUTURE LEADERS GROUP

We know that today’s girls face many distractions, and it can be challenging to find activities that inspire them to grow in confidence, leadership, and friendship. That’s why Lil Sistas offers a supportive, fun, and structured environment where girls can learn important life skills, build meaningful connections, and discover their unique gifts.

Think of Lil Sistas like a place where every girl starts with a strong foundation—growing in confidence and character—followed by engaging activities designed to help them develop leadership, creativity, and lasting friendships.
Our goal is to empower girls in Appleton to become confident leaders and caring sisters. All our sessions are held in a safe, welcoming space guided by caring mentors dedicated to supporting each girl’s journey.

Our program is designed to challenge, inspire, and encourage girls in a way that’s both fun and meaningful—keeping them excited to come back and grow together.

WE TEACH THROUGH PLAY

We believe that the best way to create great leaders is to teach through play. We know that in order to be a good leader you have to know how to follow. By sharing the good things of our past we will ensure a successful future. So we inlcude these five elements in each meeting.

POETRY & MUSIC

In Lil Sistas, we use poetry and music to help girls express their thoughts and emotions. Through writing, singing, and listening, they build confidence, strengthen their voice, and learn to tell their story creatively.

FASHION & ENTERTAINMENT

We explore fashion and entertainment to teach self-expression, confidence, and presentation. Girls learn about different styles, modesty, creativity, and how entertainment can impact our culture and values.

SCIENCE & INVENTORS

Lil Sistas introduces girls to fun, hands-on science activities and highlights inspiring inventors. They learn how things work, discover the power of imagination, and are encouraged to think like problem-solvers and creators.

EDUCATION & LEADERSHIP

We focus on helping girls become strong leaders by teaching goal-setting, public speaking, responsibility, and the value of education. Through activities and role models, they learn how to lead with confidence and kindness.

In Lil Sistas, we cook, taste, and learn about food from different cultures. This helps girls appreciate diversity, understand traditions, and build connections through shared meals and stories.

LEARN THROUH PLAY

At Lil Sistas, we believe that play is powerful. Teaching through play helps young girls build confidence, explore their creativity, and develop essential life skills—while having fun! Enrolling our girls in activities like gymnastics and movement-based play not only supports their physical development but also encourages teamwork, discipline, and self-expression. These experiences lay the foundation for lifelong healthy habits—physically, emotionally, and socially.
